The Universal 36V-72V 1000W-1500W Controller provides intelligent dual-mode sine wave & square wave operation with up to 50A peak current output. Featuring an upgraded internal weather-sealed terminal panel, this 12-MOSFET controller eliminates exposed power lead splices to prevent rain-induced short circuits on e-bikes, trikes, and electric scooters.

UPGRADED WEATHERPROOF TERMINAL HOUSING:

Hidden Internal Power & Phase Terminals: Unlike traditional controllers with external flying leads, the heavy-gauge battery and motor phase connections are located inside the rear protective cover. Unscrew the back panel, wire directly to the internal terminal block, and re-seal the cover for maximum IP-rated water resistance.

Dual-Mode Auto Fallback: Runs silently in Sine Wave Mode when motor Hall sensors are active. If Hall sensors fail or are disconnected, the controller automatically switches to Square Wave Mode to keep you riding.

Unscrew the rear panel to access the hidden internal terminals. Wire the Battery Positive (+) and Battery Negative (-) directly, then attach the three Motor Phase Wires (Blue, Green, Yellow). Re-seal the rear cover.

Connect Motor Hall Sensors & Throttle

2.Connect Motor Hall Sensors & Throttle:

Plug in the 5-wire Motor Hall Sensor connector. Connect the 3-pin Throttle harness (Red +5V, Black Ground, Green Signal) and the Electric Door Lock / Ignition Wire (must receive battery voltage to power up the controller).

Run Auto-Learning Self-Study Cycle

Turn on system power while holding the two white Intelligent Recognition Wires together.
The motor wheel will automatically spin forward or backward.
If spinning backward, disconnect the white wires and plug them together again until the wheel spins forward.
Once spinning forward, disconnect the intelligent recognition wires to lock the setting.
