Rated at 72V DC with a 35A continuous battery current capacity and 180A phase current protection, the SIAYQ7235 is perfectly suited for daily commuters, lightweight electric conversions, and QS Motor builds. Featuring an automated self-learning function, the controller quickly calibrates phase angles and Hall sensor sequences for hassle-free motor matching.
⚠️ Commissioning & Setup Requirements
IMPORTANT INITIAL SETUP PROCEDURE:
Mandatory Self-Learning: Upon initial wiring hookup to your BLDC motor, you must run the automated self-learning process via software before driving to match motor phase/Hall angles.
Motor Compatibility: Optimized out-of-the-box for QS Motors. Third-party or custom motors may require parameter tuning during setup.
Tuning Connectivity Options: Choose between Combo 1 (USB Cable) for PC-based parameter tuning or Combo 2 (Bluetooth Module) for wireless tuning via the smartphone app.
