Phase & Hall Wiring: Connect motor Phase wires (U, V, W) and 5-pin Hall sensor plug securely. Ensure battery voltage is matched to 72V Nominal before powering on.

Executing Self-Learning: Activate the self-learning feature in the Fardriver smartphone app or PC software while the drive wheel is elevated off the ground. The controller will automatically detect motor phase angle and rotation direction.

Custom Tuning: Adjust phase current ratios and flux weakening parameters incrementally. Note: When pairing with non-standard motor brands, test initial parameters under low-speed conditions.

1) After power on, the self-test of the display is completed, then press and hold the left button for 10 seconds to enter the background and enter the password;
2) Left-click to adjust data, right-click to shift;
3) Password 153, set the perimeter(mm), the number of motor pole pairs, the offset, the unit mm is CC 1413mm (18inch tire perimeter) by default, after the setting is completed, long press the right button to enter the number of motor pole pairs(PL 24-10, pole pair number 24 by default) and offset(10);
4) Password 256, high and low gear (E, S gear) and normal gear selection; -2 is high and low gear, -0 is normal gear display;
5) Password 372, clear ODO, limited to 3 times;
6) Password 856, 48V, 60V, 72V, for selection, synchronized with the grid number, the lithium battery automatically takes the SOC, and automatically switches. If the lithium battery is changed to another battery, it must be powered on again;
7) Password 879, fixed voltage calibration, 48V, 60V, 72V, corresponding to the volatge setting;
8) Password 824, self-input voltage calibration;
9) Password 974, KMH/MPH switch setting;
10) Password 928, D gear light, N gear light off setting, can be turned off when only the liquid crystal display gear is needed.

A: Most of the controllers we sell are universal versions, not customized for a specific brand. Therefore, after installation, some auxiliary functions of the original vehicle may not work normally (such as speedometer display)

Before refitting, please carefully check the function line on the original vehicle and the communication signal of the speedometer.
