Battery BMS Line Current Configuration: Ensure your battery pack's Battery Management System (BMS) and continuous discharge rate match or exceed the controller's DC Line Current rating (600A for 72V; 500A for 96V).
Phase Wire Connections: Due to the extreme 1200A phase current potential, use heavy-gauge copper phase cables (typically 4AWG or larger) with heavy-duty ring terminals to prevent resistance heat buildup.
Motor Compatibility & Tuning: While these controllers are optimized out of the box for QS Motor configurations, pairing with non-standard motors requires running the self-learning auto-detect function in the mobile app before applying high throttle loads.
