A: Please take out your original battery from your bike frame and measure the total shell length with a ruler. The length must match precisely so the internal lock latch can secure properly.

Q: My original battery is only 10.4Ah. Can I upgrade to 14Ah, 15Ah, or 17Ah?

A: Yes! As long as the voltage (36V or 48V) and shell dimensions match, a higher Amp-hour (Ah) rating simply provides more capacity, giving you significantly longer riding range per charge.

Q: Can I use a 48V battery on my 36V electric bicycle system?

A: No. The voltage rating must match your bike's motor controller specification. Running an incorrect voltage can overload or damage your e-bike electronics.

 

⚠️ Important Lithium-ion Battery Usage Instructions

1. The battery must be fully recharged before use.
2. A temporary short capacity of new battery will be resulted from not used for a long time, it is normal, the total capacity will be reinstated via used for 3-5 times.
3. New battery: When first get the battery, use it out, charge for 5 hours for the first three times, use it out again, then it only need to charge about 5 hours for normal use.
4. Do not use an inferior charger to recharge this battery in case of damaging the battery.
5. Do not disassemble or change the structure of the battery.
6. Do not put the battery in the charger for too long.
7. Do not expose the battery to moisture or water; do not put it in a high-temperature environment.
8. Do not impact the battery.
9. Put it out of reach of children.
10. The best storage temperature is 20°C±5°C.
