Installation & Operation Guidelines

  1. Verify Dimensions: Confirm your bike's top-tube internal channel fits the 418mm x 114mm x 58mm casing profile.

  2. Ignition & Key Lock: Turn the key to the unlocked position, slide the pack completely into the frame slot, and turn the key to lock the unit securely in place.

  3. Charging Protocol: Connect the charger output to the battery charging port before plugging into your AC wall outlet. Use a 54.6V charger for 48V packs or a 58.8V charger for 52V packs.

Important Notice for DCH-009's lock design:

Function 1. Lock the battery inside the bike frame. (with function 1 )

Function 2. The lock is also the battery's power (on/off) switch. (with function 2 also)

Defaultly, we will make the battery with both function 1 and function 2, 

so: before charging and riding, please turn the battery key to the end to turn on the battery's switch.
