350W controller function description

Please follow the steps described below to connect the controller to your Ebike motor

1. Motor A.B.C
Brushless motor are usually 3 motor wires (thick blue, green, yellow) and 5 Hall wires (5P connectors).
Please connect the 3 motor wires ABC of the controller to your motor wires, please note that the same colours are connected together.

2. Hall sensor
In the second step please connect the 6P Hall sensor connector to the Hall wire of your motor, if the connectors are not the same you can cut the wires to connect. Please note that the same colour must be connected correctly.
Red is 5V+. Black is 5V negative.

3. Throttle
Red: 5V + pole, white (green): throttle signal, black: 5V - pole. 3P male connector
Please connect the controller throttle wires to your throttle connector, if your throttle connector is not the same as the controller connector you can cut the wires to connect, please note the 5V + and - and signal wires. Please take care to connect the wires correctly.

4. three speeds
Blue: high speed, black: negative, brown: low speed.
3P male connector.
High speed: speed 120%, medium speed: speed 100%. Low speed: speed 80%.

Please connect to your 3 speed switch wires as described above, the controller uses medium speed when vacant and not connected.
If your 3 speed switch connector is different you can cut the wires to connect, please take care to connect correctly.

5. Low level brakes
White and black wire 2P male connector.
The controller has 2 brake wire connectors, please connect to your left and right manual brakes. When the black and white wires are shorted together, the controller will cut off power to the motor.

6. Automatic cruise
Pink wire and black wire with black male and female connectors.
Please connect to your throttle cruise button cable. If the connectors are different, you can cut the wires to connect.
This feature means that when switched on the speed will be constant at the speed you had before you switched on the automatic cruise.
If you do not use this function then you can leave this connector unconnected.


7. Alarms
Red, blue, yellow, 3 wire 4p red connector.
Please connect to your alarm 4p connector, this is the alarm signal control function connector, if you do not need this function then you can leave it unconnected.

8. Alarm power supply
Red:power supply +, black: negative, 2p red female connector.
This connector is the alarm power supply, which is connected to the alarm power supply and is used to power the alarm.

9. Speed display
Green wire
Connected to the speed wire of your ebike/ebike LCD display, this function uses the motor phase wire to measure speed. Please use the normal speed display.
If your ebike does not have this function, then you can leave it unconnected.

10. Power lock
The thin red wire on the power input connector.
Please connect to your key lock input and the key lock output wire to the negative terminal. If your key lock connector is different, you can cut the wire to connect.
If you do not need a power lock for your e-bike. Then you can connect it directly to the power input +.

11. Power input
Thick red: power input +, black: power input -.
Thick red and thick black wires 3P male connector.
Please connect to your battery, please note that red is the + pole and black is the negative pole. Special care needs to be taken when connecting, do not connect the wrong power input + and -, otherwise you will damage the controller. Please pay special attention to this step.

12. Automatic detection (learning)
White wire connector.
When you have done all the above, please leave your Ebike motor wheel hanging. and turn on the key lock and power input, short the auto-detect wire for 10 seconds while the controller checks your motor parameters, after 10 seconds please disconnect the auto-detect. If your motor is running in reverse, then you connect the auto-detect cable for another 10 seconds to retest and select the correct motor running direction. After this operation you have completed all connections. You can use your e-bike normally.

13. High level brake
If your electric scooter uses high level brakes, then you can use the high level brakes and cancel the low level brakes.
